Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy
1. Purpose
Richfield Occupational Health Solutions Limited is committed to delivering a professional, timely and efficient service to all clients. Scheduled appointments are allocated specifically for each individual or organisation. Late cancellations and non-attendance can significantly disrupt operational planning and prevent other clients from accessing available appointment slots.
This policy outlines the terms that apply in the event of cancellation or failure to attend a confirmed appointment.
2. Appointment Cancellations
When an appointment is booked, the allocated time is reserved exclusively and is no longer available to other clients. We therefore require prompt notification if you are unable to attend.
If cancellation is necessary, you must inform Richfield Occupational Health Solutions Limited as soon as you become aware that you will be unable to attend. Early notice enables us to reallocate the appointment to another client and maintain service efficiency.
3. How to Cancel an Appointment

If contacting us outside of normal business hours, please leave a voicemail or send an email and we will respond at the earliest opportunity.
4. Late Cancellations and Non-Attendance
A cancellation is defined as an appointment that is withdrawn prior to the scheduled appointment time.
A non-attendance, or no-show, is defined as failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notification.
In either circumstance, where sufficient notice has not been provided, Richfield Occupational Health Solutions Limited reserves the right to charge the full fee for the missed appointment.
5. Enforcement
By booking an appointment with Richfield Occupational Health Solutions Limited, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy.
